We love it when our customers enjoy their experience with our dietary supplements in South Africa. However, in the rare event that you’re not satisfied with your order, we may or may not be able to accept returns or refunds on certain orders.

Please read the following policies to understand how Fenutri handles shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

We work hard to process your dietary supplement orders in South Africa quickly and partner with some of South Africa’s most reliable shipping partners. Once your order is processed, it will arrive within 3–7 business days for standard shipping, depending on your location.

Express shipping options are available for certain areas.

Tracking Your Order

Once your dietary supplement order in South Africa is dispatched, we’ll immediately send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on your shipment in real-time.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for orders over R1000.00. Shipping costs for orders below R1000.00 are calculated at checkout. Express shipping is available on request and subject to availability in your area.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your dietary supplement products. If for any reason you are not, you can return it or request a replacement. Please note that due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on dietary supplement products if their packaging is open or the seal is broken.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must initiate a product return within 15 days of purchase.
  • The item must be unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to ensure it’s in its original condition, unused and undamaged, before processing your refund.

Received A Defective Or Incorrect Item?

If you receive a dietary supplement product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Initiating Your Product Return

We keep our process simple and straightforward to make your product return experience as seamless as possible.

  1. Contact our customer service at info@fenutri.co.za with your return request.
  2. We’ll send you instructions and a return label for qualifying orders.
  3. Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, your refund or store credit will be processed.

Getting Your Refund

Processing Time

After receiving your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Can’t see your refund? Sometimes it takes up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your banking partner. We recommend you take a look at your bank statement to ensure you haven’t missed it or connect with your bank for an update.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. You can also choose to get your refund in the form of store credit you can use to shop for any product from our website at any time.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or incorrect.
